About Fiable

 Who is Fiable?

Fiable is a wholly owned Australian-based technology company that helps construction businesses, local governments, state governments, and utility providers better manage counterparty risk by undertaking assessments that evaluate the financial health and corporate ownership structure of an organisation.

What is Fiable’s role?

Fiable is a third-party engaged by your client to undertake a financial assessment on your company.

How do I provide my information to Fiable?

To provide the required information for this assessment, please find and open the introductory email from the Fiable Response Team titled 'New Assessment Request'. This email asks that you take action as part of a Financial Viability Assessment (FVA), either in relation to a single project or multiple projects.

What you need to do:

  1. Review the Email Attachments
    • Fiable Entity FVA Information Pack – explains the process and what’s required.
    • Signed Engagement Letter – formalises the engagement and outlines expectations.
  2. Register with Fiable
    • Click the “Respond” button in the email to begin the registration process to log in to the Fiable Portal.
    • If you are already registered from a previous assessment, after clicking the "Respond" button, you will be prompted to log in to the Fiable Portal. Use the 'Forgot Password' option if you have forgotten your password.
  3. Follow the prompts
    • Once you have registered with Fiable, follow all the prompts until you reach the current assessment request. Complete the Questionnaire concerning the company for which this assessment has been requested.
  4. Expect Further Contact
    • You will be introduced to a point of contact from the Fiable Response Team who can assist you during the request for information process.

How do I login to the Fiable portal?

You will need to use the registration email that is sent to you from
responses@fiable.com.au. Follow all the steps to complete the registration process and
access the financial assessment requested by your client.

Are there any special IT requirements to login to the Fiable portal?

No special software is needed. You simply need a modern web browser (such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari) and a stable internet connection. You will need to access the Fiable portal via a desktop or laptop. Please use the website in full-screen mode and ensure your browser is zoomed at 100% or less. The minimum screen size we support is 1280 pixels.

How do I invite another team member to the Fiable portal?

Once you have successfully logged in to the Fiable portal, at the top right of your dashboard, you will see your initials. When you click on your initials, you will see the 'Team Members' section. Click this to invite a team member. Alternatively, a member of the Response Team can invite team members for you.

Can I be the contact for more than one company?

Yes; however, each entity will have its own separate portal access and Questionnaire. You will need to notify the Response Team to ensure your profile is set to the correct entity being assessed.

How long will it take me to complete the questionnaire?

If this is your first time using the Fiable portal and you have all the information required on hand, allow one hour to complete. Delays occur if you need to prepare or collect information from other sources, such as your accountant. If your company has participated in a previous assessment, the questionnaire will be prefilled to approximately 70%.

Who can access my information?

The only people who can access your information within the Fiable portal are the Fiable assessment team. The client who requested the assessment will see specific details within the completed report. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent.

You have the option to delete your information at any time after the report has been completed. Requests to delete your data will need to be in writing. If your data is deleted, any further requests will not have a prefilled questionnaire, and you will need to enter all the information again.

Where is my data stored?

What information is shared with my client?

Any information you provide during the request for information process may be used in the assessment report. We will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you if requested.
