A welcome banner with details of the page and what it does. The welcome banner also includes the main 'Order Assessment' CTA where a User can start the process of ordering an assessment.
Under the welcome banner on the assessment page you can view different assessment requests on different vendors. - The progress of the Request within the Ordered Stage (Collecting Required Information, Under Review, Assessment In Progress) or the result of a completed assessment (Pass, Conditional Pass, Requires a Review, Fail)

What this page does
Ordering an Assessment
By clicking ‘Order Assessment’, the User commences the process of placing a new assessment request with Fiable.
This button opens the ‘Fiable Order Assistant’ which is a modal pop-up that steps the User through the process of ordering an assessment.
There are four (4) steps to placing an order.
- Location → The User selects the location where the vendor or entity is located. This is either Australia or New Zealand.
- Purpose → The User selects the purpose for placing this request. This decides what type of assessment the User is looking for but asks the question in a simple, straight forward way rather than relying on the User understanding what the differences are between assessments. The purposes are:
- I have to assess a vendor for a new contract. This is a Financial Viability Assessment - Tender Evaluation
- I need to re-assess a vendor who is currently working on a contract. This is a Financial Viability Assessment - Tender Evaluation
- I need to understand our exposure with a vendor. This is a Financial Viability Assessment - Concentration Risk Assessment
- I want to understand a potential vendor's capacity to undertake new work. This is a Financial Limit Assessment.
- I need to implement ongoing financial monitoring of a vendor as part of a risk management plan. This is a Financial Limit Assessment.
- I need to set up a recurring financial check. This is a Financial Limit Assessment.
- Project → The User selects the Project that this assessment is connected to. If the project has not been created in ‘Projects’ yet, the User can create it by clicking ‘Create Project’.
- Order Type → Whether the User wants the order to be placed now, sending the request to the vendor or entity immediately; or scheduling the request for later, adding the request to the ‘Scheduled’ page and sending the request out on the scheduled date.
Viewing an Assessments Details
When the User wants to view more details about an assessment request, they can click on one of the assessment cards which opens that request up as a new page.
On the Assessment Details page, there are up to three (3) tabs depending on the stage of the assessment request.

Under the ‘Overview’ tab, the User can view the progress of the assessment via the 'Assessment Progress Timeline'. This shows what stage the request is at while it is still in progress and who has actioned or is currently responsible for actioning the assessment.
